Payment and refund terms.
When payment is due, how it can be made, and when a refund or cancellation applies.
1. Payment terms
- Cash on delivery
- Available for standard orders.
- Custom screen orders
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
- Electronic payments
- Full payment is required before delivery for all electronic transactions.
2. Payment modes
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank transfer
- PayLah / PayNow
- Credit card (conditions apply; ask before paying by card)
3. Refunds
- Eligibility
- Full refund or replacement if the product is defective or not as described.
- Unopened or unused products
- Refund available if the product is returned within 14 days in its original, unopened condition.
- Custom orders
- Non-refundable unless the product is defective.
4. Cancellation policy
- Before shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.
- After shipment
- If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the product to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Custom orders
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.
