Challenge

The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority wanted its new Services Centre exhibition area to guide visitors toward key information points without relying only on printed signage, in keeping with the building's tech-forward, visitor-focused design.

Site conditions

The ICA Services Centre opened at 2 Crawford Street, Singapore 207218, on 7 April 2025. Floor-mounted logo projectors sit in the exhibition area alongside a large screen; the published photograph shows multiple floor displays across the space. The exact projector count, positions and commissioning records for this installation have not been carried over into the current project record.

Big Shine solution

Floor projections carry short prompts — “Step Here”, “Learn Our History”, “Understand Our Roles” — that draw visitors toward specific points in the exhibition without adding physical signage to the floor.

System

The published photograph shows several floor-projected prompts operating alongside a large screen in the exhibition area. Model, exact unit count and mounting detail for this installation have not been carried over into the current project record.

Verified result

The photograph confirms multiple floor prompts visible in the exhibition area. We do not have independently measured visitor-engagement or wayfinding data for this site, so we are not repeating the original announcement's positive-feedback claim without evidence. Customer, logo and photo reuse for this project was cleared on 2026-09-19.
