Lau Pa Sat logo projector installation

Challenge

For Lau Pa Sat's 130th-anniversary celebrations, we were asked to add logo projections to the hawker centre without disturbing its heritage structure or its everyday operation as a busy public dining venue.

Site conditions

We began with a site survey of the proposed projection locations inside Lau Pa Sat, checking the image height and brightness each position could support. The exact survey positions, ambient-light readings and mounting method used on site have not been carried over into the current project record.

Big Shine solution

Custom artwork reflecting Lau Pa Sat's history and character was supplied for the projections. Our team installed the projectors, aligned and focused each image, then tested and calibrated the system on site before handover.

System

The published photograph and video show logo projections running inside the venue as part of the 130th-anniversary celebrations. Projector model, unit count, lens and mounting specification for this installation have not been carried over into the current project record.

Verified result

The photograph and video confirm visible, calibrated logo projections inside Lau Pa Sat. We have not measured visitor response or any change in foot traffic, so we are not making an ambience or visitor-impact claim here. Venue, customer, logo, photo and video reuse for this project was cleared on 2026-09-19.
